Exit Cesar Chavez (old name Army) / 25th Street

From Midtown via freeway:
Market to Guerrerro (headed South)
Left on Duboce (turns into 13 th )
Enter freeway 101S (entrance at 13 th and South Van Ness)
Exit Cesar Chavez East
Stay on Cesar Chavez down a mile
Left on Indiana
We are 3 blocks down on the left, past the 280 N on ramp.
From Midtown via side streets:
Market to Guerrerro (headed South)
Left on Duboce (turns into 13th)
Right on Potrero
Left on 17th
Right on Mississippi (at the end of 17th Street)
Left on Mariposa (go under 280 freeway)
Immediate right on Indiana
Abundant Health Wellness Center is 1/2 block past the second stop sign, between 23rd and 25th, on the right side of the Street.
From the East Bay:
80 W over Bay Bridge
101 S
Exit Cesar Chavez E
Left on Indiana
Abundant Health is on the left, just past the 280 N on ramp.
From the 101 S Peninsula:
101 N to 280 N (Downtown San Francisco)
Exit Cesar Chavez
Go straight through the stoplight at the bottom of the ramp. This will put you onto Pennsylvania Street.
Turn Right on 25th Street
Turn Left on Indiana, staying to the right of the freeway on ramp
Abundant Health Wellness Center is on the left.
From the 280 S Peninsula:
280 N
Exit Cesar Chavez
Go straight through the stoplight at the bottom of the ramp. This will put you onto Pennsylvania Street.
Turn Right on 25th Street
Turn Left on Indiana, staying to the right of the freeway on ramp
Abundant Health Wellness Center is on the left.
From Marin:
101 S over the Golden Gate Bridge
Follow 101 signs Lombard to Van Ness to South Van Ness
Re-enter freeway 101 S @ 13th and South Van Ness
Exit Cesar Chavez E (Furthest left lane)
Stay on Cesar Chavez down a mile
Left on Indiana
Abundant Health Wellness Center is 3 blocks on the left, just past 280 N on ramp.
From Potrero Avenue:
Head East on 16 th
Right on Mississippi
Left on Mariposa (go under 280 freeway)
Immediate right on Indiana
Abundant Health is 1/2 block past the 2nd stop sign, between 23rd and 25th, on the right side of the Street.
Bus Routes
- 115 - Starts at Wharf - Powell - Financial district - Sansome/Clay - California or Sutter, onto 2nd Street, then onto 3rd Street all the way to 3rd and 25th. Walk West on 25th Street, turn right on Indiana to Abundant Health Wellness Center, 1 block down on the West side of the street.
- 22 - Starts at Marina - Fillmore - Church - 16 th - over to 3 rd Street, ends at 3rd and 20 th , walk South to 23rd Street, make a right on 23rd, walk West to Indiana , turn left on Indiana to Abundant Health Wellness Center, 1/2 block down on the West side of the street.
- 48 - Starts at West Portal - Portola - 24 th Street - weaving through 22 nd Street past Minnesota onto 3 rd Street. Get off at 22nd Street and Minnesota. Walk 1 block West to Indiana. Turn Left on Indiana and walk 2 blocks South down Indiana to Abundant Health Wellness Center.

- Get off at 22nd / Pennsylvania. Walk 1 block East (down) 22nd to Indiana. Turn right on Indiana street, and go 2 blocks to Abundant Health Wellness Center. We are on the right side.
